1、 The quality of charger products can be measured from three aspects: operation function, safety requirements and electromagnetic compatibility. 1. Product function. Different types of batteries have different charging requirements. Security requirements. Generally speaking, the circuit structure, mechanical structure and electrical function of the goods should meet certain safety requirements. No matter the goods are in normal operation or abnormal operation (such as output overload or short circuit, internal component failure or circuit failure), the safety of people and industry should not be damaged. In order to achieve this goal, the safety requirements of charger products (such as anti electric shock maintenance function, insulation function, temperature, etc.) should meet the requirements specified in the national mandatory standard GB4943-2001. 3. Electromagnetic compatibility. For charger products, the EMC demand is mainly reflected in the electromagnetic interference. Electromagnetic disturbance is divided into conduction disturbance and radiation disturbance. Because of many advantages of switching power supply, the charger is widely used in switching power supply circuit. However, the high-frequency registration and sealing of switching equipment in switching power supply will produce high-frequency harmonic signal. These high-frequency signals pass through the power supply.
